JHA reviewed the staffing structure of the Trust.

Lakeland Arts Trust runs three venues in Cumbria – Blackwell Arts and Crafts House, Abbot Hall Gallery and Museum of Lakeland Life and Industry and Windermere Steamboat Museum.

Julia reviewed the staffing structure for the Trust, through interviewing staff and stakeholders and through comparison with other trust structures.  The report was presented to trustees and the recommendations implemented.
