Julia worked with five key heritage organisations in Milton Keynes with the aim of establishing a joint working body.

There were four discussion workshops covering learning and outreach, collections and marketing.  The sessions analysed what organisations did individually for each work area and how they could maximise their impact by pooling their resources and working together. Each of these sessions resulted in an agreed action plan and an evaluation framework for measuring success.  The training was part of the Innovations Programme funded by the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council.
