Julia Holberry Associates helped Colchester and Ipswich Museums Service write their Round 1 application to NLHF to develop Ipswich Museum and Art Gallery.
Julia worked with the senior management team of National Museums Liverpool to plan their priorities for the next five years. The two day session involved analysis of existing objectives, drivers and constraints and creative and interactive discussion to define the new priorities.
